Tengrinews.kz — Kazakhstan’s national team won five gold, four silver and three bronze medals at the Asian Junior Judo Championships in Amman, Jordan.
The Asian champions were Ainara Seitzhanova in the under-48 kilogram weight category, Nurbala Zainul in the under-52 kilogram category, Rolan Kairgali in the under-66 kilogram category, Gulsezim Turlybek in the under-78 kilogram category, and Sanzhar Yerulanov in the under-100 kilogram category.
Silver medals were won by Damelya Assylkhanova in the under-63 kilogram category, Yerassyl Yerzhanov in the under-66 kilogram category, Mukhamedali Zakirov in the under-73 kilogram category, and Ruslana Makhatova in the over-78 kilogram category.
Bronze medals went to Aizat Naukenova in the under-48 kilogram category, Aidana Abikhanova in the under-63 kilogram category, and Shynar Bitimbay in the under-70 kilogram category.
