Tomorrow, August 1, the London clubs will face off in a derby in Sydney, Australia, as part of their pre-season tour. Chelsea's Spanish manager Xabi Alonso shared his vision on how the team's players, including the young Kazakhstani, should think.
"I believe discipline gives you freedom. With clear patterns and responsibilities, players have the freedom to show their decision-making, talent and quality. But everyone must respect the team’s principles. Cole, João Pedro, Morgan Rogers, Jamie Gittens, Dastan Satpayev and all our attacking players understand that mindset, and they are embracing it," the specialist stated.

Notably, in the club's first match of the new season, Alonso named Dastan Satpayev in the starting lineup, and the Kazakhstani scored his first goal for Chelsea just six minutes in.
Following this, the manager stated that the Kazakh winger had made a major impression on him, while Chelsea's social media channels experienced a massive surge of support for Satpayev from his compatriots.
