In the final bout of the under-80 kilogram category, Ubaidullakyzy faced Indian boxer Megha Sheokand. The fight went the full distance and ended with the Kazakhstani athlete winning by judges’ decision.
Thus, Aidana Ubaidullakyzy won the gold medal at the Asian U-19 Boxing Championships.

Another Kazakhstani athlete, Zarina Tolybai, who competes in the over-80 kilogram division, also fought against India’s Preeti Tokas. The judges awarded the victory to the Kazakhstani boxer by unanimous decision.
As a result, Zarina Tolybai added another gold medal to Kazakhstan’s tally at the 2026 U-19 Asian Championships.
